The gun from Nintendo's Duck Hunt doesn't actually...

When you pull the trigger, the screen goes black for a split second, and then a white shaped duck appears over the black. The gun is just a sensor for a change in light (from black to white) so if it’s pointed where the duck is, it’ll pick up the black screen and then the white duck.

Tonight on my way to the Eaton Centre to finish my Christmas shopping, there was an old man on the subway playing a harmonica. At first I thought he was just another one of those Torontonians that you want to stay away from, but he was actually amazing! The best part was that after each song, the subway car burst into applause. Everyone was smiling and talking about the jolly old man. What a way...
I always get so excited for the first snow!
But after that…it’s just meh.
