OK, but I think this person has some valid points. I commend them for wanting to live a simpler life and to experience the life that other people are living. To understand that there is a different way to live, outside of the boarding schools and business world. This person’s life does not at all sound appealing to me, and even though they probably have a lot more money than me, I wouldn’t want to trade my life for theirs. I think they have the right to lament - to break out of their boring, albeit blessed, routine.
